It’s important that you are on time for your appointment. Clients 20 minutes or more late may need their service modified or rescheduled. Full charge of the service booked will be charged.

LOCATION & PARKING

We are located on the 13th floor of the Medical Dental Building in downtown Seattle directly behind the Nordstrom flagship store between Westlake Center and Pacific Place Mall. We are in the same building where Verizon is on the East corner and Bartell Drugs is at the West corner.

The entrance to the building is directly in the middle of the street across from Bank of America.

Pacific Place Mall has reasonable self-park rates as well as valet. Entrance is on 6th or 7th Ave between Pine & Olive. For more information CLICK HERE

The Medical Dental Building has VALET ONLY parking - information for that can be found HERE if you scroll to the bottom of the page.

There is also metered street parking or pay lots in various places downtown as well.

PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION

The Medical Dental Building is located along or within short walking distance of over 45 inbound, outbound and cross-town buses in addition to the Sound Transit Link Light Rail and buses, the Seattle Monorail and the South Lake Union Streetcar.

CANCELLATION POLICY

48-HOUR NOTICE

A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule appointments. Late cancellations will result in a charge equal to 50% of the booked service.

NO-SHOW POLICY

Failure to attend scheduled appointments without notice will result in a 100% charge to your credit card.

APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATIONS AND REMINDERS

We send appointment confirmations and reminders via text and/or email based on the settings in your booking profile to assist you in managing your appointments effectively. Ensure these notifications are enabled & up to date.

LATE ARRIVAL

If you anticipate being late for your appointment, please call us at 206-849-6620 to inform us and check if we can accommodate your adjusted appointment time. Arriving too late for any service may result in our cancellation fee being applied.

APPOINTMENTS BOOKED WITH PRE-PAID PACKAGES

If you have booked using part of a prepaid package and fail to notify us or attend your appointment, you forfeit the pre-paid service.
