What inspired you to become an esthetician?
I fell in love with the art of makeup and that lead me to esthetics.
How long have you been a part of the Dermaspace team?
2.5 years and counting.
What do you love most about working at Dermaspace?
My amazing clients.
Any memorable moments or experiences you’ve had here?
There’s never a dull moment when my boss Jody is working!
What is your favorite service and why?
Iderm w/ Microdermabrasion. Instant results that continue to last weeks after the treatment.
What’s your personal philosophy when it comes to skincare and beauty?
Less is more! Keep your at home routine simple and streamlined so you maintain consistent with it.
What are your favorite Dermaspace skincare retail we carry and why?
Hydrating Protective Gel. Although it’s not for all skin types it is a powerful hydration boost that helps fight off damaging effects from environmental factors.
Share a valuable skincare tip that you think everyone should know.
Never forget to apply your products to all parts exposed to sunlight. This should include ears, back of neck, décolletage, and hands.
What do you enjoy most about interacting with clients?
Being able to help people attain their goals.
Can you share a memorable client success story?
I have a few but I will never forget how I helped this client transform her skin in a matter of weeks before she started a new job. We continue to see each other to this day.
How do you ensure each client has a personalized and enjoyable experience at Dermaspace?
Every time I focus on each client’s specific needs and cater each appointment according to what we feel like the focus needs that day.
What are your hobbies or interests outside of work?
Working out, making, and eating food, spending quality time with my cats
Do you have a favorite relaxation or self-care ritual?
I try and give myself a quality day each week where I focus on my skincare. My routine is typically 2 hours.

I used to perform in drag which is how I ended up in the world of aesthetics. I saw how impactful the confidence that makeup can give people especially through its transformative and camouflaging techniques and wanted to learn how to help people be more confident with their canvas.
